R Synchro SAE70W-80 GL4 synthetic gear oil
The R Synchro SAE70W-80 GL4 synthetic racing gear oil is specifically designed for highly stressed manual synchromesh gearboxes designed to run ATF fluids, engine gearbox oils and in some cases SAE75W-90 oils. Proved to increase protection and reduce friction. Enables quick and easy gear changes. Proven in Caterham, Mini (modern), TVR gearboxes and most other front wheel driven cars. Used by TJH in the Silverstone 24 hour race with great result (year before the gearbox lasted 7 hours but with the Synchro 80 all 24 hours) as they won their class comfortably.
