Unlike traditional RED diesel EcoPar RED is not a lower quality diesel. Normal RED diesels commonly used by contractors, commercial boats and agricultural machinery contains up to 2000 parts per million of sulphur, hence the bad smell and excessive soot dramatically affecting the environment.

EcoPar RED diesel, made from Natural Gas, uses exactly the same clean burning formulation as normal EcoPar (see EcoPar information) but is dyed red to enable us to charge the lower energy tax for vehicles and machinery not used on public roads.

Using EcoPar RED will dramatically lower toxic emissions compared to traditional RED diesel and should be used by anyone caring about the environment as well as the well being of their employees.
